Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a professional rapidly expanding Insurance company. Due to consistent success the director is looking for an extremely efficient pa to assist him with day to day duties.
The role
Reporting to the director, the PA is required to provide professional and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the group. The successful candidate will also interface with a broad range of stakeholders on behalf of the Director, including employees, clients, insurers, industry regulators and the media.
Responsibilities
• Secretarial, administrative and operational support to the Group director
• Coordinate and facilitate the committee meetings including; Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Risk Committee, Audit Committee.
The ideal candidate would have worked in a similar PA role in a very busy and demanding environment
The salary is negotiable for the right person. Parking is free and plentiful and the out of town location is easy to get to by car.
The director is looking for a proven track record within a similar role so I’m afraid we will not be able to send your details unless your cv is a close match to the role and you have at least a year or two of PA experience and stable career history.
