DS Smith are looking for a client services representative to join the busy team in Aylesford on a 5 month fixed term contract basis . This role is available immediately.
This role is an administrative one and supports the Fulfilment Office Manager by answeing the telephone, responding to queries, customer liaison, ensuring all project paperwork is correctly filed, the booking of couriers and creating and supplying all product labels.
Project specific tasks could include creating picksheets in time for packing, maintaining spreadsheets covering stock levels and updating and maintaining weekly orders on the in-house system. Full training will be given.
Candidates should have good computer skills in excel, word and email and great attention to detail. Experience of working in a team to strict deadlines would also be beneficial.
