Marketing Assistant - Food and Beverage

Our client is a growing international company with a leading market position in Northern Europe.

They are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their busy team in Dover.

Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for supporting the Retail, Food and Beverage, and Marketing activities. You will implement and monitor standards for all marketing functions to ensure consistency and best practice across all areas while maintaining compliance with Brand guidelines.

The Role

*Delivery of marketing solutions.
*Assist with all marketing communications
*General administrative duties including the creation of marketing communications and briefing documents for the teams.
*Responsible for the maintenance of all marketing poster site audits.
*Assist with marketing campaign management for retail and food and beverage within a specified budget.
*Daily communication with external agency(s) / suppliers in the timely development of production and print across retail and food and beverage sites.
*Assist retail outlets in ensuring that planograms and merchandising guidelines are followed and implemented.
*Maintaining annual marketing production plans through all key marketing communications campaigns and ensuring deadlines are met.
*Distribution of marketing material to all outlets.
*Follow brand rules and applying marketing strategy knowledge within a customer focused environment.
*Ad hoc requests for marketing communications including internal presentations and attendance at various meetings.
*To ensure the branding and signage is consistent across all areas

Candidate Profile

*Good communication skills and customer focus experience.
*Experience in retail and food and beverage environments.
*Proactive, good team player and commercially focused.
*Creative flair, innovative thinker and creative problem solver.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Personal drive and motivation to deal with a wide range of tasks and deal with conflicting priorities in a pressurised working environment.
*Knowledge of print and production.
*Attention to detail including copy checks.
*Experience in planning, organising and maintaining production plans throughout key marketing campaigns.
*Full driving license.
