My client situated just outside of West Malling are looking to recruit a permanent Credit Controller/Sales Ledger clerk to join an ever growing department and business. This is a fast paced business and no two days are the same. The role will challenge you but in return it is highly rewarding.
Key skills and experience:
- Chasing customers who have missed payments
- Looking after a variety of different clients ranging in sizes
- Escalating missed payments to your line manager
- Dealing and resolving queries
- Chasing outstanding debt via phone and email
- Building relationships with key stake holders
This role would be suitable for someone who has between 2 and 3 years experience. Key soft skills will include communication, working towards key deadlines and building relationships with both team members and external clients.
