Regional Field Based Resourcing Officer - £28K + Car

About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Regional Field Based Resourcing Officer to join our busy, dynamic and very fast paced team within Adults Services; covering Kent, London, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Hertfordshire, Essex & Surrey - and working a 39-hour week.

The purpose of the role is to work with and alongside Hiring Managers within the field to support the resourcing life cycle of a candidate to the on boarding, ensuring it runs as smoothly and effectively as possible.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Regular travel between Services within the Region (Kent, London, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Hertfordshire, Essex and Surrey)
• Support Service Managers with reduction of Agency spend within their Services
• Support Service Managers with telephone vetting, monitoring of cvs and arrangement of interviews
• Mentor and guide Service Managers on the Recruitment Process
• Source suitable candidates for roles that are delegated each day through a variety of methods including CV searching, referrals, job board advertising, company website applications, open days, job fairs, company database, networking and social media.
• Keep all HR/Recruitment systems up to date and provide monthly status reports
• Make and receive calls relating to application forms and vacancies throughout the region
• Liaise with Service Managers & employees to ensure the receipt of the correct Right to Work and DBS documentation and all relevant documents are received within specified timescales
• Liaise with recruitment co-ordinators ensuring all application packs forwarded are compliant for direct processing.
• To ensure that all homes are issued with accurate, compliant proformas
• To liaise with managers and employees accordingly regarding any recruitment issues and resolve in a timely and efficient manner
• To participate in team meetings and undertake training as and when required.
• To undertake any other administrative duties as appropriate to the post.
• Responsible for own Health & Safety and ensure a safe working environment for colleagues.
• To attend supervision meetings with your manager and to participate in the organisations staff appraisal system
• To maintain confidentiality at all times
• To promote the Company names throughout the recruitment cycle.
