HELPDESK ADMINISTRATOR - 24k
Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm
This role would suit you if
You have previous experience in helpdesk FM using Maximo or similar system
The person:
We are looking for someone with first class customer service skills ideally with experience in a similar role
Experience in Hard and Soft Facilities Management and Maximo CAFM system is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to deal with people at all levels with confidence
Ability to work as part of a team
Well organised and a can do attitude
Successful applicants will be subject to a criminal records check (DBS) due to working alongside children
