We are delighted to be recruiting Experienced Machine Operators on behalf our Fresh Produce client who are leaders in their field.
The successful candidates will have experience in managing and motivating a team of Packhouse Operatives working on a fresh produce production line. The hours are 7am - 7am, working 5 over 7 days, but must be flexible to work to the needs of the business. These are on-going positions with opportunities for Temp - Perm for suitable candidates.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring the work area to ensure the workplace is safe and all machinery is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
Ensuring product changeovers are performed with minimal downtime but in a safe and accurate manner
Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure that all labels, packaging and film is on the line in good time before job is ready
Liaising with and reporting any issues to the Line Leaders and engineers in a clear and concise manner
Managing any stops on the machines
We are seeking candidates with strong verbal and written communication skills who are able to follow instructions and comunicate clearly with your colleagues.
