725 Ltd are currently looking for a new on-site staff coordinator to work at one of our biggest clients in Southfleet, Kent.
The company is currently going through an exciting period of growth and everyone is treated as a member of the family in this busy but friendly environment.
The main focus of the role will be to manage and coordinate a large number of agency staff on a daily basis.
The role will also include:
*Signing staff in & out
*Organising staff into correct departments for the start of their shift & communicating any issues back to office
*Checking all staff PPE
*Liaising between site managers and office team regarding staff performance, code of conduct, staff changes etc
*Calculating hours and timesheets
*Other paperwork as required
This is a very exciting but busy role, so the right candidate will be able to prioritise their workload and cope under pressure.
If you can speak an Eastern European language and have your own transport that would be a huge advantage!
Day and night shifts available, working on a 4 on, 4 off basis that will include weekends.
Pay from £8.50ph. Reviewed after 12 weeks.
