My client a well established recruitment consultancy is now looking for an Internal recruiter/ PA. This role will encompass, searching, qualifying and interviewing the right candidates for my client as well as supporting some team members with administrative and PA duties.
This is a really great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment but is looking for a move to work in a hybrid internal recruitment/ PA role.
Current and previous recruitment experience in recruitment is essential.
Ideally good knowledge of I.T. recruitment
Excellent communications skills both verbally and written
Knows how to interview people
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Understanding of how to represent a brand
Good candidate search experience and use of Linkedin and other search engines
Excellent organisational skills and attention for detail
Annual basic salary negotiable depending on experience, plus benefits
