Multilingual Labour Coordinator (on-site)
Must speak at least a second language including the following, English, Romanian, Hungarian
Hours:05.45 - 15.00 must be flexible with working hours due to requirements of the client

Job Description
To work closely within a fast paced dynamic team, to learn all aspects of high volume recruitment. The successful candidate will receive one to one mentoring on a daily basis. Once your training is complete your responsibilities would be as follows:-
Responsibilities
•working closely with clients to build and develop relationships;
•developing a good understanding of the client, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;
•advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines;
•using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;
•working to look at retention and key areas of recruitment needs.
•using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy;
•receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and inductions and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client;
•briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
•organising interviews for candidates.
•negotiating and finalising arrangements between client and candidates;
•offering advice to both clients and candidates on training and career progression;
•reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
•work closely with the GLAA, REC,stronger together and ALP and keeping up with all current legislation
•Using XL spreadsheets and word to keep all databases up to date.
Due to the nature of the role all candidates must be flexible as they will be required to have on going training in all aspects or recruitment practice we are looking for a dynamic forward thinking individual with a can do attitude, the role is ever changing as new legislation, client and customer expectations change and we need to always be thinking ahead.
Must have transport due to location and logistics of the role.
