725 Limited are looking to recruit OFFICE COORDINATOR to work at Gravesend branch.
Salary: Staring with £9.00-10.00 p/h, again negotiable for the right candidate with experience.
The role of Coordinator is to recruit, retain, book and manage Agency Workers in order to fulfill Clients requirements that change on a daily basis.
Duties will also include, but not limited to:
• Answering telephone calls
• Welcoming visitors and staff to our offices
• Registering Agency Workers
• General office administrative tasks
• Data input for payroll
• Inducting staff
It is important for this role to be of smart appearance, have excellent telephone manner and understand the tasks involved in ensuring the smooth running of an office. Knowledge of Office package (esp Word, Excel) would be essential for this role.
Similarly, previous office experience within a recruitment background and ability to speak an Eastern European language would certainly be an advantage. Hands-on training will be given even if you do not have previous similar experience.
We’re looking for a responsible, good team player and a person with positive attitude.
Salary will be reviewed after 3 months.
