Due to the promotion of one sales team member, my client is now looking to grow their business by adding a further two internal sales people to their existing team of three. Established for 14 years, they are independent specialists with a vast deal of knowledge in their industry. There are 12 employees in total.
To plan and carry out sales activities, to maintain and develop sales of Contract Hire and Leasing agreements to small and medium sized businesses.
To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluation of their position in the market: researching and analysing sales options.
Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
Use existing customer and prospect contact database systems and maintain them with up-to-date and accurate contact and activity details.
Develop and maintain full knowledge of all the funding products and the key features of current vehicles on the market.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Ensure effective internal communication within the Sales, Admin, Management Team and across the company.
Take part jointly in all, on or off site, promotions and marketing activities.
Meet annual/quarterly/monthly sales goals and targets
Ensure company policies and procedures are properly observed and adhered to at all times within the day to day sales process.

Annual basic salary 16k Realistic OTE to 45k uncapped.
