My client are now looking for an administrator to cover a 12 month Maternity contract.
This role will suit someone who can assist on UK an International events. Working on all aspects of supporting the event management team working on circa 8 + events. This is a busy role, and will report into the event manager who looks after one of the major events held, and also to one of the event directors.
You will ideally have experience of working in administration in events, and have excellent communication skills.
Confident with excellent communication skills
Happy to work in a team, and also use your initiative
Excellent telephone and written communication skills
First class attention for detail
Proficient in Microsoft applications and be comfortable with outlook, CRM systems and social media
Has the ability to build internal and external relationships
Basic salary circa 20k.
