The Operations Support Manager will lead and manage the activities of both Go Produce & Go Resource managing the requirements of the business surrounding fulfilment and availability managing all aspects of client requirements , managing organic growth , speaking with the customers on a regular basis to ensure they are happy with current service standards in play and managing data analysis of bookings confirming compliance at all times



The main purpose of the post is to provide senior level support to the Directors of the business, assisting with all operational strategy, business objectives and driving performance improvements.



Key Responsibilities:



Customer Development - Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key client contacts, ensuring timely and complete responses are given to any customer requests.



Weekly Resource Management - Managing all Planners and Resource?s within the operation to ensure all recruitment requirements each week are maintained in line with WRS ensuring all are meeting the weekly requirement of 30 actuals minimum



Carrying out weekly 1-1 with team to ensure that they fully understand the weekly resourcing requirements and active new business specifics on a weekly basis



Bookings - Managing the daily booking process, tracking all plans have been completed by the team on time and new starters have been sent to the compliance team every day by 4pm and by Dartford by 10pm



Updating the Operational data tracking total daily bookings as a business, total new starters as a business and all plans are received accurately and on time with all new starters highlighted in pink any non-conformities need to be addressed daily if any information is missing , must be highlighted and managed .



Daily Requirements of the Role







* Managing and training relevant office staff, site co-ordinators and key staff with relevant customer protocols

* Ensure all due diligence requirements are correctly followed and documented, particularly with regards to Prevention of Illegal Working processes and all people management and Health and Safety related matters

* Ensuring that the appropriate training is completed, including inductions, food safety, manual handling and all policy and procedures where appropriate.

* Monitor progress against client needs throughout the working day/week and keep the relevant client contacts updated on progress as necessary

* Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment

* Liaising with the client regarding absence and ordering replacements

* Constantly review operating systems and processes for optimum efficiency and to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

* Direct management of operational teams to ensure consistency of processes is achieved across all offices within remit

* Managing and controlling operating costs in conjunction with Senior Management team

* Analysing statistics and performance against KPIs to drive business improvement

* Account management with all accounts, actively seeking opportunities for new business or organic growth

* To develop and manage key client and industry relationships and be responsible for client satisfaction



Skills/Abilities:



* Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues

* Ability to remain calm under pressure

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Good verbal and written English, along with additional language ability would be an advantage

* Ability to respond quickly to changing business needs

* Can-do approach to work, with the ability to see projects through to completion

* High attention to detail

* Promotes a positive, professional company image

* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams

* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

* Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels from agency workers through to senior client managers



The above duties are not exhaustive and the role holder will be required to undertake any other duties relevant to their level of seniority and ability as required at the discretion of the business.



You may be required to work in any area of the company where work exists for which you possess the necessary skills and/or be prepared to undergo training as required by the company.
