Go Logistics are currently looking to Recruit an Onsite Contracts Manager for our Client a Large Distribution provider based in North Kent



This role will be for an experienced onsite recruiter looking to step up into a more senior role or potentially for any candidates that have worked within a Large Warehouse facility previously within a chilled and ambient environment.



The role will involve all of the following:



* Managing the daily requirements of labour at the Client site

* Organising Weekly Group Registration

* Arranging Induction & Training for new starters

* Trainer Liaison

* Managing the Availability Weekly as per the shift patterns

* Managing Holidays and Sickness

* Allocation of staff onto a rolling shift rota

* Performance Management of the Staff using the Clients Performance Management System

* Managing under achievers and training implementation

* Weekly reviews with the Client FLM and Shift Managers

* KPI Management

* Managing Onsite Shift Coordinators

* Importing hours and verification of all temporary labour hours



All of the above will require a diligent and extremely focused individual who can offer excellent standards of service to our Client accompanied by attention to detail and time management abilities.



You will be analysing reporting data so you must be also have excellent PC skills in Microsoft Office and use of previous stock management systems would be an advantage however training would be provided for the right candidate.



You must be comfortable working to tight deadlines in a very busy working Warehouse Environment
