My client is now looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join their team of 30+ employees.
This opportunity will suit someone who has the ability to become recognised as an Expert in one or more given niche areas of the market, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate to a wide network of hiring managers and contractors in that market.
To pro actively sell high calibre contractors to relevant clients in an established network of organisations.
To win new customers in a given niche area of the market, by generating and filling contract / permanent assignments.
To formulate and execute a business plan for the ongoing growth of a business area within the market and to suggest emerging and/or alternative areas that can be developed.
To attain and maintain a personal and corporate reputation for excellent customer service and complete integrity.
To promote the commercial interests of the business by securing high quality, repeatable business at appropriate margins.
To become recognised as a leading 'goto’ person in the niche area and to further establish the business as a leading player in the market.
To focus on driving sales in order to achieve significant placement levels, which in turn will lead to a strong financial team contribution and an increase in personal income/career enhancing opportunities.
Working across multiple channels to establish an extensive and high quality network of appropriate candidates in the given niche market.
Creating and maintaining a highly organised database of candidates and clients.
Diarising, following up and staying in touch on a timely basis with the database of candidates and clients in order to establish credibility in the market, coupled with strong working relationships.
Identifying key customers - be they established or emerging companies - and engaging with those via high quality Business Development activity to introduce the candidates and services of the business.
Providing high quality Account Management to existing customers to grow the business market share, to secure referrals and to win additional, long-term business.
Collaborating closely with colleagues to create further business opportunities, either within your business area or across other divisions, pproducing business plans to guide the growth of the given business area.
On an ongoing basis, to continually develop and enhance both market knowledge and show an active interest in developing personal recruitment skills and abilities.
Strive to perform your role to the very best of ability at all times.
This role gives you the opportunity to earn uncapped commission with no desk threshold.
Excellent basic salaries in line with experience.
