We are currently recruiting a Night Shift Transport clerk to join a busy transport office for our client based in Sittingbourne.
This position will be on going with a potential of a full time position.
Key Duties:
Briefing and debriefing of drivers
Dealing with driver and customer queries.
Liaising with drivers to confirm delivery schedules
Processing of paperwork
Creation of orders
Working to tight deadlines
Data entry - inputting load information accurately
Skills Required:
Excellent telephone manner
Be able to confidently converse face to face with drivers & colleagues
Ability to multi task and work as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge essential
Flexible approach to work and hours
Pay Rates and Rota
Sunday Monday Tuesday night potential 4 nights per week.
Start will be from 7pm - 7am
Immediate start available
