360 Recruitment Consultant required to join a very well established Technology Recruitment Company based in the London Bridge area. Working hours 8.45am -5.30pm
A wonderful opportunity to work in a non KPI driven environment. This is a mature environment where you are self motivated to achieve your targets, rather than be told or forced to.This opportunity also encourages face to face contact with your clients, to account manage and build relationships.
This role is dual desk contract and permanent recruitment, with the opportunity to speak to clients world wide.
Ideally you will currently be working as a technical/ I.T 360 recruitment consultant with decent billings. This role will not suit someone who is currently working as a resourcer. You will be looking for a move from a KPI driven role where youre working long hours. You will be excited and enthusiastic about working in a mature thinking environment where you will be self motivated and want to do well.
Basic salary depending on experience circa from 27- 38k plus uncapped and generous commission structure.ull-time 0 applications
