Clark James Recruitment are working with a National Wealth Manager who have a number of major clients. They initially deliver seminars and workshops to Senior Directors and then subsequently to the work force to advise them of their retirement options.

Due to further expansion into 2014 they are looking to recruit a number of IFA's into the business.

Role

• All appointments are made for the Advisor, 10 - 12 appointments a week
• A true IFA offering
• Paraplanner and office support
• In house fund management - they have over 500 million ASU at the moment
• A well organised organisation with a BDM that goes out and wins the business, an implementation manager who sets up the referral process, presentations to employees on a group basis which subsequently lead to quality appointments with the IFA

Candidate

• Diploma qualified
• CAS within the last 6 months advisors - with a working Pension knowledge
• A pension qualification ideally G60, AF3 or JO5
• Hungry , keen motivated to work hard as earning potential 70k+
• Motivated and dynamic
• Able to demonstrate a solid career history with evidence of success

Package

• Basic salary - £40,000 - £50,000
• OTE £70,000 - uncapped
• Mileage allowance - 45p (on first 10, 000)
• Home based
