Due to ongoing development, we are looking to recruit permanent LGV Class 1 (articulated) lorry drivers to become part of the team. You will need to be licensed to drive LGV Class 1 (cat C + E), possess a valid 'Digi-card' and hold a Driver CPC qualification. Ideally with minimum 6 months Class 1 ‘Fridge work’ experience.

NIGHT DRIVERS
The job will mainly consist of wholesale market and some RDC deliveries throughout the UK from our distribution centre based near Marden in Kent.
Shifts; Sun-Thurs + Alt Fri or Mon-Fri + Alt Sat (5+1 based shifts)
Nights out; Average 1-3 trips away from base each week*
* Nights away can be unpredictable due to daily volumes etc, this position would therefore not suit applicants who are looking to be away from base all week.

DAY DRIVERS
Daily RDC, Farm and Produce storage facility deliveries & collections in the South East area
Shift; Mon - Friday + alternate Sundays / Mon – Friday + alternate Saturdays (5+1)

We are looking for professional drivers with a good level of English both spoken and written.
Requirements (Min);
Class 1 licence (C+E) Large Goods vehicle (articulated lorry)
Exemplary accident record
Flexible / Adaptable
Sound understanding of current tachograph / WTD legislation
Person specification;
Must have valid digital tachograph card & Driver Qualification card (CPC)
Ability to work without direct supervision
Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers hours
