Oracle HCM Solution Architect - Aviation Secton

Location: West Drayton (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week)

Day Rate: £700-£900 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role

We are supporting a major aviation organisation in hiring an Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead end‑to‑end solution design and architectural governance across their Oracle HCM Cloud landscape. You will act as the enterprise solution design authority, shaping scalable, compliant, and business‑aligned HR technology solutions.Working closely with HR, technology, integration teams, and delivery partners, you'll take ownership of functional design across multiple HCM modules, ensuring alignment to Oracle best practices and the organisation's long‑term HR operating model. This role also requires strong architectural oversight, documentation excellence, and hands‑on leadership within a complex matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and lead Oracle HCM Cloud solution architecture and design strategy.
* Act as functional SME across Core HR, Absence, Talent, Performance & Learning.
* Drive cross‑module functional design and alignment with HR operating models.
* Govern integrations, data architecture, and architectural documentation.
* Provide design leadership across releases, change initiatives, and delivery partners.
* Lead and facilitate design workshops, approving solution documentation.
* Mentor functional leads and guide delivery teams.

Skills & Experience Required

* Strong functional expertise across Oracle HCM modules.
* Deep end‑to‑end HR process knowledge.
* Experience with integrations (HDL, HCM Extracts, APIs).
* Proven architectural governance and documentation capabilities.
* 8-10+ years Oracle HCM implementation experience, including 3+ full lifecycle deployments.
* Experience operating in complex matrix organisations and influencing stakeholders.
* Oracle certifications and Redwood experience are desirable.
