A vibrant and modern Events Company is on the lookout for a NEW Events Manager to join their collaborative team in their offices in Tonbridge! A relaxed and welcoming environment dedicated to delivering exceptional and successful B2B events across the UK!!!
This position will be to look after a range to events managing the planning and coordination from end-to-end whilst working within a busy and supportive team.
Duties would include:
- Speaker, business, venue and client liaison and relationship management
- Venue coordination and planning
- Budget tracking and reporting
- Marketing
- Contract negotiation
- Management of suppliers and services
- Logistical planning and coordination
- Stakeholder management

A successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate strong prior experience in B2B events and stakeholder management….
Perfect for someone working in an Events role that wants to step into a senior office-based position on a Mon – Fri basis!!
Excellent offices based in Tonbridge with parking!
Working hours 9-5
Salary £30,000-35,000!
