Part-Time Office Administrator
Company Overview
Our client, a dynamic and expanding business, is seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Office Administrator to support multiple departments within their organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance across various teams.
Manage the main switchboard, handling incoming calls professionally.
Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
Oversee bookkeeping, invoicing, and credit control.
Handle office supplies, deliveries, and outgoing/incoming post.
Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a tidy work environment.
Ideal Candidate
Possesses excellent telephone and communication skills.
Demonstrates strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Sage is a plus.
Exhibits outstanding verbal and written communication.
Works effectively both independently and in a team.
Proactive, professional, and customer-oriented.
Adaptable, flexible, and confident in taking initiative.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping experience (essential).
A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle (essential).
