Training will provided where required; so could suit someone with residential or commercial experience looking to broaden their knowledge/expertise

Key responsibilities may cover:-
File Management - Opening, progressing and closing case files;
Diary planning and management on behalf of fee earners;
Drafting correspondence to clients and third parties;
Land registry administration including submitting search requests;
Processing applications for transfers and mortgages;
Contracts drafting;
Post completion support;

Salary up to £27,500
