Your new role
As a building surveyor, your role will include the following
Conduct Comprehensive building surveys and inspections.
Prepare Detailed reports on the condition of properties
AdviseClients on necessary repairs, maintenance, and improvements
Ensure Compliance with building regulations and standards
Manage And oversee building projects from inception to completion
Liaise With clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Provide Cost estimates and project timelines
Identify And diagnose building defects and recommend solutions
Monitor And ensure the quality of work performed by contractors

What you'll need to succeed

* Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying, Construction, or a related field
* Professional Accreditation (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
* Proven Experience in building surveying or a similar role.
* Strong Knowledge of building regulations and construction standards.
* Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability To manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency In relevant software and tools
