Hays Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Team Line leader for our client based in the East Kent Area. This is a fantastic opportunity for successful candidates.

Salary - £27000 - £32000

14:30pm - 11:30am

Duties include:

* Ensuring conformance to Health & Safety measures at all times.
* Ensuring conformance to H&S and COVID-19 safety measures at all times.
* Managing the line team effectively to achieve the line KPIs, ensuring product integrity, conformance to customer specifications, technical standards and business procedures.
* Carrying out product assessments on raw material, during production runs and post packing to ensure the quality of the finished product conforms to customer quality specifications.
* Working closely with the QA and compliance team to ensure that standards are managed within the customer/business specifications.
* Actively participate as a member of the Production Team providing input continuous business improvements.
