£30,000 per year Basic plus commission – OTE – 45k+

They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join their team and drive growth in their document solutions division.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative for Document Solutions based in Borough Green, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting a range of document solutions to businesses across various sectors. Their expertise in sales and understanding of document management technology will be key to helping clients improve workflows and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
·         Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
·         Conduct Product Presentations: Present document solutions to prospective clients,
·         Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address specific challenges.
·         Negotiate and Close Sales: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring all client requirements are met and contracts are finalized.
·         Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to stay updated on product features and market trends.
·         Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the company.
·         Provide Feedback: Gather market intelligence and feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications:
·         Proven experience in sales, preferably in document solutions or related technology sectors.
·         Strong understanding of document management systems and solutions.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·         Strong organizational and time management skills.
·         Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
