Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a knowledgeable and professional Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator to join our established estate agency and assist the sales manager in the day to day running of our expanding sales department.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

This role involves working closely with clients to guide them through the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

A position where you will be able to experience every part of the sales journey, from start to finish and be expected to offer excellent customer service, where the client comes first and you provide the best outcome for them.

You will be able to conduct market appraisals, prepare detailed descriptions, manage your own listings, promote the property to applicants through maintaining good crm practises and social media channels, conducting viewings, negotiating deals and be able to handle all necessary paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, liaise with the team to keep them up to date with progress and stay updated with everything that is going with the property market.

A property qualification would be a plus, or someone willing to undertake training and a keenness to move forward in your career.

A clean driving license is essential and salary will be negotiable depending on experience and will include a commission structure.
