Reed Accountancy & Finance is currently seeking an Accounts Administrator for a temporary position with our client in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with a strong background in finance administration, capable of handling a variety of accounting tasks efficiently.

Accounts Administrator Day-to-day of the role:
*Processing financial transactions such as invoices and payments.
*Assisting with accounts receivable and payable duties.
*Reconciling bank statements and financial records.
*Maintaining and updating financial databases and spreadsheets.
*Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks.
*Handling queries related to accounts and providing customer service.
*Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
*Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Accounts Administrator Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in an Accounts Administrator role or similar position.
*Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
*Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
