A well established local business is looking for someone to join their friendly team as a Administrator in the buying team.
This interesting and varied role will involve:
- Sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements
- Liaising with the sales team on a day to day basis
- Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions
The right person for this role will have:
- Experience in purchasing or procurement role (preferred but not essential)
- Good attention to detail
