Expanding refurbishment company based in Rochester, Kent and active throughout the South East and M40 corridor working predominantly on Industrial Units and office space refurbishments for Pension Fund and Investment Fund Clients. The company has a 20 year track record of delivery of dilapidation scheduled works and commercial refurbishment works.

Annual turnover expected to be circa £14 million consisting of contracts from £30K to £1.8 million. The Contracts Director’s role would be to work with the six Contract’s Managers and manage them to achieve the programme, quality of workmanship and financial delivery of the contracts, meeting all Health & Safety requirements.

The ideal candidate would be keen to work for a medium size expanding company with a desire to push the business forward and have a direct impact of the company’s future. The candidate would have a good all-round knowledge of construction and proven track record of a similar role.

Salary £80K - £100K
