About The Company:
An established and respected company in the area, they are in the process of developing their HR function.
The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic part time OD Manager (3-4 days per week) on a 9 month fixed term contract basis to play a crucial role in supporting organisational development and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior members of the team in providing a robust HR and OD service to the managers and staff through delivery of HR and OD initiatives.
- Support with providing high level professional and practical advice and guidance on the full range of OD matters.
- Providing specialist support to HR and Training projects and improvements, promoting an integrated approach to OD focused around delivering people promise priorities
- Supporting and facilitating culture programmes to improve staff experience, and develop leadership capability to deliver a compassionate and inclusive culture.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in supporting organisational development projects.
- The ability to communicate and work with team members at all levels in a conscientious and inclusive way.
- A broad range of project support skills ideally in OD/ HR programmes of work and the ability to prioritise workloads and commitments with a busy workload.
