Established for over 30 years, this is a company renowned in their sector for quality and innovation; and with a new vacancy arisen to meet growing customer demand!

In this position, you will join a busy (and fun!) office based environment, working as part of a team, playing a crucial role in the delivery of service to all existing clients. Following full training, you will :-

- Communicate with customers by phone and email;

- Receive and create enquiries; produce quotations and process orders;

- Place orders with suppliers and complete purchasing administration;

- Allocate workload to different teams, briefing them on escalated queries/specialist requests;

- Generate product documents and invoices;

- Organise shipments / couriers;

- Seeing orders to completion delivering customer after care to ensure satisfaction.

Work with high-end and luxury customers!!

Mon-Fri 9-5 with optional over time (paid extra!)

£25,000
