**Job Title:** Logistics Admin
**Location:** Sittingbourne Kent
**Pay Rate:** £12 per hour
**Hours:** 09:30 – 18:00
**Rota:** Monday - Friday
**The Best Connection is recruiting a Logistics Operator on behalf of our client in Snodland, Kent.** This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of transport operations.

**Responsibilities:**

Monitoring drivers and keeping track of delivery routes
Route Planning
Arranging and managing collections / Creating Delivery Notes
Handling phone calls from drivers, depots, and queries
Debriefing drivers
Customer Calls for pre Delivery or non Delivery items
Ensuring operating licence and driver hours legislation are adhered to
Addressing any issues that arise impacting operations, including traffic delays, breakdowns, and accidents
Supporting the safe, legal, and efficient execution of transport operations during a shift
**Requirements:**

Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using pallet network systems like TPN & Palletways
Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of transport legislation and regulations
