**Role Overview:**
As a Production Operative, you'll be responsible for working on a Injection Moulding line machines, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining quality control standards. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, with mould shop background.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Hourly checks on Injection Moulding machines
Unloading machines efficiently and safely
Perform machine minding duties to ensure continuous production flow
Conduct quality control checks to maintain product standards
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines
**Shift Details:**

Shift: **22:00 - 06:00, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate:** £13.72 per hour
Full-Time Role:** After successful completion of a 12-week probationary period
Overtime Rate Available after completing 37.5 hours per week
