Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Production Co-ordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating memorable experiences. As a Production Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of events across the entire company. You will work closely with the production team to ensure all aspects of the events run smoothly. Mostly, this job will be office based. There are some opportunities to help onsite, but this is not regular. This role requires someone who is and , with an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
· General Administration: Handling phone enquiries, production meetings, call sheets and office supplies.
· Documentation and Compliance: Creating and updating documentation, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and ISO Quality Procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standard.
· Event Planning: Assisting Account Managers and Event Producers to create seamless events.
· Logistics: Co-ordinating logistics for UK and international events, including booking local crew, flights, transfers, hotels, and external vehicles.
· Supplier Co-ordination: Liaising with suppliers and internal team members to ensure all event logistics are handled efficiently.
· Financial Management: Managing financial processes such as purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
· Social Media Management: Planning and creating content for Ground:zero’s LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram pages.

· Organisation: Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritise jobs.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication is essential to ensure everyone is on the same page.
· Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure all event information is inputted correctly and meticulously managed.
· Team Player: Ability to work as a core member of a team, building strong relationships and helping the team where needed.
· Self Motivated: A proactive approach to working independently and take initiative.


Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
Education: A Level, or equivalent, and above.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. Any previous experience with TeamTrack and Current RMS is useful, but not essential. Training will be provided.
Driver's License: Valid driving license.
