We are looking for a welder/fabricators for MIG welding and TIG welding positions to join our skilled and busy engineering team based in our workshop in Kent promptly. This is a varied role, as we work with a wide range of clients and to bespoke briefs.

Standard hours are 7am to 4pm, but with extended hours during busy periods. Own transport is required daily to get to and from our premises for your working hours.

The ideal candidate will be an individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality! You will have a strong track record in MIG/ TIG welding and the ability to work independently and under pressure as well as:-

- able to interpret drawings and requirements
- an open approach to working extra hours when required, and overtime
- ability to work within a team but also independently and intuitively
- carry out general welding and fabrication duties
- competent with hand tools and relevant machinery such as brake press
- you must take pride in your work and its quality on a daily basis

Applicants should have their own basic fabrication tools and measuring equipment available and in good working condition to bring to utilise. Applicants must be able to speak fluent English and hold a driving license.
