Our client is an exciting start-up business within the investment sector, currently managing a portfolio of fast-growing companies.

Due to this growth, they seek a Facilities Administrator to join their business on a full-time, permanent basis to manage a portfolio of commercial sites. This role can be based in their offices in Sevenoaks or on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities will include:

Organise & manage booking Site Surveys, Electrical Surveys and Gas & Water Engineer Surveys.
Arranging yearly surveys in accordance with the contract requirements.
liaising with external planning consultants.
Report managing.
Data entry.
Arranging equipment testing and compliance.
Liaising with Landlords.
Any other ad hoc administration required.

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, strong knowledge of Office 365 & cloud-based CRM Systems and experience in filling and managing site documents, both digital & paper copies.

Hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
