Quantity Surveyor, Tunbridge Wells - £65,000

Responsibilities: -

• Manage all commercial aspects of projects to optimise profitability and cash flow.
• Assess, review, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Prepare and present monthly cost reports, including forecasting, CVR, risk, and opportunity assessments.
• Work closely with the client team to agree on valuations and contract variations.
• Provide commercial and contractual expertise to the project team.
• Handle sub-contractor procurement, account management, valuations, re-measures, and payment notices.
• Assist with estimating and tendering as required.

What We're Looking For: -

• Experience with commercial, retail, industrial, and leisure projects up to £15m.
• Proven track record in commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proficiency with JCT and NEC forms of contract.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
