Marketing Executive

Our client, based near Sandwich, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive, in the early years of their marketing career, to join their busy team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working alongside the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms and content, leveraging AI into marketing strategies, supporting with copywriting, reviewing digital reports, and providing data-driven recommendations to optimise campaigns. Additionally, you'll be responsible for creating engaging email newsletters, maintaining the company website, and actively supporting broader marketing, PR, and event initiatives. You will also contribute to the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and generate leads.

Salary is £27-32k per annum, depending up on experience, working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (fully on site - there is no hybrid working in this role), with benefits to include:

The ideal candidate will have:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing
* Minimum of 3 years' experience within marketing and communications, ideally across digital and brand but the key areas are social and content.
* A passion for social media and video content creation
* Good understanding of the capabilities of AI and utilising it to create and fine tune authentic content
* Proficiency in website management and content management systems, with knowledge of SEO best practices
* Experience of using email marketing programmes and CRM systems
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Desirable attributes would be an interest in technology and science, experience using Dotmailer and Hootsuite, and good knowledge/experience of apps or programmes to help design and create content, eg Canva or CapCut
