Our client, a successful Maidstone based company, is searching for a Management Accountant to join their business. The role offers hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 from home after a succesful probationary period. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis reports.
- Conducting regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and providing insightful recommendations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to provide financial insights and guidance on cost control and profitability.
- Managing a team of 4. 

Requirements:

- Part-qualified ACCA/ CIMA or AAT qualified, with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
- Demonstrated experience in management accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
