Insurance Trainee

Join our client's team as an Insurance Trainee! Gain valuable experience and qualifications, and develop essential skills in the insurance industry with comprehensive training and support.

Duties:
- Assist with insurance sales and lead generation
- Analyse customer needs and recommend products
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare quotes and process applications
- Conduct telemarketing to reach potential clients
- Negotiate terms and premiums
- Communicate with clients, colleagues, and providers
- Support marketing initiatives

Skills:
- Strong interest in insurance sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales administration and telemarketing experience (plus)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of market trends

Job Details:
Full-time, Permanent
£19,000-£25,000 per year, depending on experience
Excellent benefits: company events, pension, life insurance
Monday to Friday
