Tax Trainee - Sevenoaks - Full-time

My client is a leading accountancy firm dedicated to providing exceptional tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base. Their commitment to professional growth and development has earned us a reputation for excellence. They are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Trainee to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
·         Assist in preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses.
·         Conduct research on various tax issues and present findings to senior staff.
·         Support in the preparation of tax planning and advisory services.
·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
·         Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information.
·         Stay current with tax regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications:
·         Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·         Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·         Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:
·         Knowledge of tax and a desire essential - software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
·         Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or ATT (or studying towards).
