We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity with one of our clients based in the Maidstone area. Our client is seeking a dynamic Operations Administrator to support their operations team. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with various systems, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
. Ensuring the internal system is consistently updated with accurate client information.
. Managing a variety of internal diaries to ensure smooth scheduling and coordination.
. Preparing and complete reports as required by the operations team.
. Assisting with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
. Maintaining and organising operational documentation and records.
. Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
. Providing administrative support for various projects as needed.
