Part-time - Executive Support Assistant

£24,000 - £26,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)

The Executive Support Assistant will alleviate the workload and ensure the smooth functioning of the Executive Support Team and the Funding Coordinator, embodying MAF International's core values of Impact, Partnership, Witness, Stewardship, Excellence, and Care. This position involves providing administrative support, facilitating executive-level meetings and events, and assisting with various projects and tasks as needed.

Supporting Executive-Level Meetings and Events:
Organise and facilitate both virtual and in-person meetings, generate and distribute agendas, meeting materials and minutes to participants.
Liaise with venues on meeting arrangements and assist with logistics and travel arrangements for attendees.
Curate spiritual and social programmes for fellowship and networking reflecting our value of Witness in community building.

Assisting the Funding Coordinator:
Facilitating the preparation and approval of high-quality funding proposals
Updating and maintaining the accuracy of the Project Funding List.
Monitoring the funding shared inbox and helpdesk system, triaging requests, and addressing basic inquiries.

Essential:
Good standard of education evidenced by GCSEs or equivalent
Experience of working as a Senior Administrator or Personal Assistant at an executive level, include minute taking
Digital fluency across a range of platforms, inc. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate effective time management & prioritising skills.
Attention to detail & accuracy
Discretion, confidentiality & integrity.

Desirable:
Experience of working in a Christian mission environment
Experience in co-ordinating meetings or events

There is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian. The post holder will be expected to take part in prayer and biblical reflection and to be a role model for the organisation in accordance with our Christian beliefs and standards in the work place.
