This is a ongoing leading to full time role with our client after 13 weeks.

Join our client's fast-paced fulfilment centre in Paddock Wood as a Flexi/Bendi FLT Operator/Warehouse Operative.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments via Goods In.
Replenishment of stock, moving pallets from racking to floor for the Picking Team
Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels for optimized warehouse operations.
Operate Safely: Handle warehouse equipment adhering to safety standards.
Workplace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse orderly and safe.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team to meet performance goals.
**Requirements:**

Independent Flexi/Bendi Forklift License
Technical proficiency in operating warehouse equipment
Detail-oriented with inventory control experience
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
