We are partnering with a successful business services company in the recruitment of an HR Advisor. As HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support to both employees and management on a wide range of human resources matters. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, resolve employee issues, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that support organisational goals.

Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Support the HR Manager to implement and communicate HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, talent
development, and succession planning.
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
• Manage the administration of HR processes, including employee data management, payroll, benefits enrolment, and leaves of absence.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and
selection.
• Coordinate training and development activities, including identifying training needs, scheduling sessions, and evaluating training
effectiveness.
• Assist with the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback.
• Stay current on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR system
implementations.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.

Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in an HR generalist or advisory role.
• CIPD studier
• Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organisation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential information.
• Strong commitment to customer service and employee satisfaction.
