Brand new permanent vacancy joining a specialist product manufacturer at their Head Office site; esteemed company with an outstanding sector reputation, and involvement on many of their industry's biggest and most interesting projects!
Working from a modern office space, you will join part of a busy, growing team playing a crucial role in the management of customer orders after the point of sale.
Day to day, following full (personalised training), you might be responsible for:-
- Phone and email communication with existing clients including arranging surveyor/engineer site visits;
- Processing and completing orders onto internal systems;
- Placing orders with suppliers and agreeing appropriate lead times;
- Organising deliveries (couriers/shipping/other);
- Updating clients throughout and delivering 'after-sales care'

Salary = £up to 24-26,500 + superb benefits

Ideally, for this role, you will be based nearby to the East Peckham area (within 30 mins commute), and any experience with customer service, administration, purchasing, supply chain, operations or logistics would be beneficial!
