We have an immediate opportunity for a Temporary Conference Porter for our prestigious client in Sandwich for 22nd, 23rd, 24th.

As the Conference Porter you will be responsible for the day to day setting up of conference and events.



Main duties include:

*Meet and greet with conference guests

* Assist in setting up conference and meeting rooms including arranging tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, signage and any additional materials.

* Ensure that all audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, sound systems, microphones etc are set-up correctly and in good working order.

* Manage the efficient turnaround of conference and meeting facilities, ensuring cleaning, reconfiguration of furniture and preparing the room for the next meeting.

*Replenishing refreshments during the conference



Hourly rate: £11.44 per hour

This role is working 07:00 - 16:00 - these hours may vary depending on workload.
