We're seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to drive HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
* Provide guidance on performance, and employee relations.
* Lead recruitment, retention, and diversity initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
* Lead related projects

Qualifications:

* CIPD Level 5 and above
* Extensive HR experience, preferably in strategic HR management.
* Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
